I have been accumulating and writing for over thirty years. I am a yoga and wellness advisor and have met, taught, and counseled a myriad of Souls over the past decades. The inspiration to write has been interwoven in me since I was very young; writing poetry, short stories, and many, many inspirational readings for classes. My personal journey has been rich soil for healing and helping others to heal.
I was interested early on in becoming a brain doctor, so the importance of what yoga, meditation, and creating new neural pathways do for one’s Quality of Life, mind, and body is remarkable!
